Dotsavvy is a leading full-service digital agency that is looking to recruit a social media community manager who can enhance our clients’ brands through various social media platforms and build strong, pivotal social media communities for them. We want to expand our clients brand recognition and reach, connecting with their target customers and prospects to build a social media communities of raving fans!

The intern social media community manager should be an expert at curating social media content to gain followers, creating interactive relationships, and digital campaigns. Also, possessing strong capabilities in utilising & reporting social media data to make decisions on areas of opportunities. Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn is a must.

The intern social media community manager will maintain a standard of an active social media presence for our clients and their brands by engaging with their customers and prospects enquiries.

Job Description

  • Foster, grow and manage our clients’ social media community outreach, developing relationships with their customers to create fans for life
  • Plan and execute social media community initiatives including contests and other social media initiatives.
  • Plan and execute personalised communications to increase engagement and sales via our clients social media channels
  • Track performance of activities against social media goals, identify learnings and areas of opportunity
  • Leverage measurement and social listening tools to track performance and identify learnings to continuously improve our clients’ social media performance through testing and new initiatives
  • Have a strong affinity with social media channels like Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter as well as solid knowledge on best practices in engaging with our clients’ target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on our clients’ competitors and market trends as well as social and community best practices.
  • Drive engagement with social media influencers
  • Previous experience with consumer and business brands

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with social media management tools like SproutSocial, HootSuite, etc
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, etc
  • Excellent Analytical and time management skills
  • Self Starter
  • Social media community management, engagement and outreach
  • Creating social media community-facing initiatives – contests, interviews, etc.
  • Social media brand performance Management
  • Social media strategy
  • Social media marketing
