Its third time lucky as Kenchic once again works with Dotsavvy to achieve a world-class corporate website

Kenchic is Kenya’s largest producer of high quality and ethically sound poultry offerings across the board. As the leading brand of poultry in Kenya, Kenchic engaged Dotsavvy for the third time in 2015 to build a world-class corporate website that would enable them to have a strong digital presence going forward in-line with global best practices.

Since Dotsavvy had worked with Kenchic on two previous iterations of their corporate website, the latest engagement was more of an evolution rather than a revolution. The website needed to be responsive so that it could work across a range of digital screens. At the same time, the entire user experience (UX) was redesigned extensively and the content was greatly improved so that it would have a consistent tone of voice, stylistically and visually. Lastly, the content management system (CMS) was upgraded so that it would be easier to manage the website and also offer rich extensibility for the future.

The new Kenchic website took longer than initially planned but the final outcome is a massive step forward for Kenya’s leading poultry brand. Apart from a visual design that is refreshing and able to cope with new content additions as and when required, the content really does make a statement of intent that Kenchic is on the right footing, digitally. In addition, the new Kenchic website will evolve to incorporate elements of content marketing as well as marketing automation, and social media going forward.
