General Manager

The General Manager position at Dotsavvy is responsible for overall Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling (P-O-L-C) functions of our Digital Agency. In addition, the General Manager will manage all aspects of the P-O-L-C framework with the goal of leading Dotsavvy and our team to meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction standards focussed on our diverse and integrated digital marketing products and services.

Through a thorough understanding of Dotsavvy policies and practices, the General Manager will create a customer-first environment for internal and external customers by offering unique and innovative solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining company standards for policy, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

  • P&L responsibility- review both revenue and costs on a monthly basis for accuracy and opportunities
  • Build and manage internal team relationships to manage customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train and develop Dotsavvy employees to meet business guidelines
  • Manage day-to-day operations at Dotsavvy including customer and employee issues as needed.
  • Track and meet business metrics
  • Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, leading and controlling functions at Dotsavvy
  • Audit Dotsavvy to confirm compliance with internal and external procedures as well as accordance with regulations.
  • Provide direction to the Dotsavvy team regarding duties and goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a manager in a digital marketing agency or similar kind of client service organization
  • Proven track record of seamless operational functionality and achievement of business goals
  • Ability to solve complex problems and issues
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and forecast financial budgets
  • Develop and implement operating plans for continuous business process improvements
  • Strong leadership experience and skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer relations skills and experience
  • University Graduate in a relevant field of study or the equivalent gained through work experience and various types of educational programs
  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing a staff of five or more people
