Digital Operations Manager

Dotsavvy is looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. As the Digital Operations Manager at Dotsavvy you will be part of the fast-paced world of digital marketing which has accelerated dramatically in the past year. You will possess proven holistic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics. This may include anything from defining and managing website projects, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and digital performance analytics. You will steer a multidisciplinary digital marketing services team by determining time frames for deliverables, defining the processes, and allocating the resources were required to deliver on client requirements. You will display a solid understanding of digital marketing activities.


  • Assist in digital marketing strategy and planning for our clients.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope and characteristics and coordinate the project teams, support functions, and external partners.
  • Track timing, milestones, and budgets of individual digital marketing projects and activities.
  • Monitor existing digital marketing service delivery processes and make recommendations to improve current processes that impact deliverables.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and ‘figuring things out’ when there is no clearly defined methodology for what needs to be done to deliver on work.


  • A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of expertise and/or work experience for the role.
  • At least 4 years’ experience with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Be a confident, professional team player who must be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    Professional experience required in a diverse range of digital marketing services including website projects, search engine optimization, social media, digital advertising content marketing, and marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management experience and skills required with credentials for the same.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic fast-paced environment while maintaining communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
