NIC Bank is one Kenya's fastest growing commercial banks. Over the past few years, NIC Bank has expanded its branch network and offerings throughout Kenya. At the same time, NIC Bank is looking to grow its retail business significantly in a move to complement its well established business and corporate banking markets. As a result, NIC Bank needed to completely overhaul its web site in 2008 so as to re-position the bank in-line with its business transformation and new corporate identity. NIC Bank engaged Dotsavvy to redesign the look and feel of the site as well as integrate a content management system which the preceding site never had. At the same time, Dotsavvy re-worked the overall look and feel, as well as selected and sourced original digital photography for the redesigned web site. Finally, Dotsavvy took over the hosting of the site as well as outsourced site management on a retainer basis.
